Q: I've seen a mask I like but want it in a different style/colour, can you do this?

A: We will certainly see what we can do, please email Beth who is Head of Production with your requirements( please note the charge for a custom made mask is £29.99, needs a week from payment to be made up and all custom made masks are strictly non returnable..)

If you want something really unique that is nothing like anything on the site, our Creative Director Lola also takes on personal commissions for really unusual pieces, you can email her with your ideas and price range.

As for all our other masks, all our Venetian masks come from Venice and all our Masquerade designs come from a fabulous designer in the States - these particular designs and options you see all come as they are

Q: How do I know if what I want is in stock to buy straight away?

A: We know how annoying it is when a website has plenty of items but they are never in stock, so we keep it simple, if it is in the shop, it is in stock - we update daily and remove any items that have sold out - plus our automatic stock keeping programme ensures you can only purchase an item if we actually have it in stock

Q:What is your return policy?

A:We offer a returns policy less shipping charges within 7 days of item received - buyer must contact us for returns information before returning item - occasionally we sell items on a low sale price with no returns, this will always be marked clearly on the items page

Q:Can I collect from your premises?

A:We are a purely Internet based retail business and as such are not set up for on site customers

Q:I am looking for a large number of masks, can I get a discount?

A:We offer discount for anything over 10 masks per order

We have helped supply masks to several corporate events ( LLoyds TSB, Liverpool Football Club, Britannia Royal Naval College), weddings and the like .

Q: I wear glasses, which masks will be suitable for me?

A: For females, we always recommend one of our many designs available on a stick, these are lightweight enough to carry easily all night ( and still hold your glass of bubbly..)

For the men, the squared off range of masquerade masks is your best option, this includes the Black Knight, Silver Fox and Fools Gold Mask - these are all a better fit over your glasses than the other male masks.

Q: I haven't received a confirmation email of my order, how do I know it has gone through?

A: Our automatic system will send a confirmation email for each order. If you have not received it then 9 times out of 10 it will have been diverted to your Spam folder ( this is particularly the case with Hotmail and AOL email acounts). The other common reason is simply that a customer accidentally misspelt their email address as they placed their order, then the confirmation email is returned to us as undeliverable.

When you make payment, you also receive an email from WorldPay to confirm your payment has been processed, which is further confirmation your order has been received into our system
