Q:I need this asap and I am in the UK - how soon can I get it?

A:Any items bought and paid for with the Next Day Special Delivery shipping option by 2 p.m Monday to Thursday ( 10:30 a.m Wednesdays) are guaranteed to be delivered before 1 p.m the following day within Mainland UK

For an additional charge, we can also offer a next day delivery on a friday for a Saturday delivery, just choose Saturday delivery at checkout

Please remember a signature is required for Special Delivery so we need an address with someone present to sign

Q. How much does delivery cost?

Special Delivery costs a one off £6.95 no matter how large the order

Our Standard delivery service takes 3 to 5 days in the UK and costs a one off £3.95 no matter how large the order

Q. I am outside of the UK, how long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

Parcels take 3-5 days to Western Europe

5-7 to Eastern Europe

For the US and the rest of the world, including Australia & New Zealand, delivery times are between 7-14 days

Q:What is your return policy?

A:We offer a no questions asked returns policy less shipping charges within 7 days of item received - buyer must contact us for returns information before returning item - occasionally we sell items on a low sale price with no returns, this will always be marked clearly on the items page

Q:Can I collect from your premises?

A:We are a purely Internet based retail business and as such are not set up for on site customers

Q:Can I pay over the telephone?

A:As a purely online company all our payments must be online also - we can accept the majority of debit or credit card payments through Paypal, a Paypal account is no longer required for such payments

Q:I am looking for a large number of masks, can I get a discount?

A:We offer discount for anything over 10 masks per order

We have helped supply masks to several corporate events ( LLoyds TSB, Liverpool Football Club, Britannia Royal Naval College), weddings and the like .
