Shipping and Delivery

 

 

We post at 2 p.m, Monday to Friday and our Next Posting date and time can always be found clearly displayed on our Home Page, Shopping Cart and Checkout pages.

 UK 48 Hour Shipping (£3.95)

Unless you literally need your order Next day ( in which case please see below ), you should be fine with our new 48 hour Royal Mail Track and Trace service. It's a fully trackable and traceable service that aims to deliver within 48 hours ( occasionally 72 hours in some rural areas) so as long as your event is more than 2 to 3 days away, it's definitely your best option, particularly if you might not be home when they deliver, as with this service you don't need to sign for it and even better, you can designate a safe place for them to leave it ( ie. with a neighbour, in the porch, under the hedge etc.) on our ordering instructions or comments box when you place your order.

Please note this is not a guaranteed service, if you need an absolute guarantee of delivery within this time then we still recommend the Next Day service below

 

UK Next Day Delivery (£7.95)

 

Orders made with the Next Day shipping option by 2 p.m Monday to Friday are guaranteed to be delivered by 1 p.m the following day within Mainland UK

Ireland, Europe, USA and Worldwide Shipping

 

We ship worldwide using Royal Mail Airmail.

Delivery aims according to Royal Mail are:

Ireland and Rest of Europe 3-5 working days

USA and Rest of World 7-10 working days

Please be aware of this before ordering and allow as much time as possible. The times quoted above are rough guidelines only and not guaranteed. If you require your order more quickly and are outside the UK and USA, please contact us for individual prices.

 

Express Shipping to the USA Only

 

We can now offer an Express Service to the USA. 80% of orders arrive the next WORKING day after dispatch ( we dispatch monday to friday at 2 p.m GMT). Please be aware that this is a UK site, all prices are in UK Pounds sterling NOT US Dollars. Please click here for more information

 

Royal Mail

We use Royal Mail as our delivery service provider and for all our orders a signature is required so we need an address with someone present to sign - the majority of our customers give us their work address or that of a neighbour if they will not be in themselves

 

 Orders that have not yet arrived

We send parcels all over the world and years of experience gives these common solutions to trace your parcel:

 Check your confirmation email from us to ensure that the shipping address details you gave us were complete and sufficient ( particularly relevant if going to a Work address)

Check no-one else at your shipping address or neighbours could have taken the parcel in for you, then doublecheck no left parcel notification (the small red card) has been pushed through the letterbox by Royal Mail(they are easily mislaid or thrown out with junk mail) - all of our parcels are sent out in boxes too large for a letterbox so if nobody answers at the address your order will be taken back to your local sorting office.

 It may simply still be in the system if it's a standard shipping order but it's also worth a call or visit to your local sorting office as occasionally they try to deliver and don't leave a card, simply taking the parcel back to the sorting office where it will sit for 3 weeks before being returned back to us here ( we've lost count of the amount of times a customer tells us no card has been left only for it to come back to us eventually marked as "not called for")

 Above all, please remember our only guaranteed delivery service is the Next Day Special Delivery - if your order was a Next Day delivery then we can provide you with the tracking number to trace its exact whereabouts with Royal Mail, but remember they must be signed for or again, will be taken back to the sorting office

 We have proof of posting for each and every parcel that we dispatch but once it is in the Royal Mail system it is out of our hands - please also remember that the standard service may be significantly slower at busy periods such as Christmas, and only includes working days.

Want to return or exchange something?

 

 

You can send any unworn items back to us within 14 days of you receiving them.

and please please remember to put your name and address (and Order number if possible) somewhere inside the parcel so we know who to give the refund to!

 Once the return is back here we will check it over, and as long as it is in unworn, unused, unmarked condition we will action your refund less shipping straight away. This will go directly back onto the card you made the order with initially.

 

Like to exchange something?

The procedure is exactly the same, please return the unwanted items, then you simply re-order whatever you wanted in exchange.

Any damage to goods during shipping must be reported to us within 72 hours and a replacement will be issued wherever possible.
